to establish quorum

Discussion, consideration, and vote to approve and authorize
the assignment to Robert M. Rainey, III, of that certain Judgment entered by
the Court in Honeywell v. Independent School District No. 11 of McCurtain
County, which judgment has previously been assigned by Juanita Honeywell to the
Valliant School District and to authorize the Board President and Clerk to
execute all documents necessary to effectuate such assignment.

Vote to accept or not accept resignations.

Vote to approve or not approve the employment of a
teacher/coach for 2003-2004.
6.
Vote to approve or not approve the employment of a cafeteria
employee for 2003-2004.
7.
Vote to approve or not approve the employment of a
Transportation Director for 2003-2004.
8.
Vote to adjourn.
