6. Vote to approve or not approve Boys & Girls Club Facilities Agreement.

7. Vote to approve or not approve an amendment to the current drug policy.

8. Vote to approve or not approve basic telephone system upgrade.

9. Vote to award or not award contract for foundation and plumbing of a softball field house to a contractor.

10. Vote to pay or not pay for one Oklahoma General Education Test for currently employed teacher assistants to be taken on November 22, 2003 or February 7, 2004.

11. Vote to approve items for purchase.
