establish quorum

Discussion and
vote to go into executive session, pursuant to OKLA. STAT, tit. 25 Section
307(B)(1), to discuss the employment status of Betty Smallwood so that the
Board can return to open session and vote whether to notify Betty Smallwood in
writing of her possible nonreemployment and the reason(s) that may exist for her
possible nonreemployment.

acknowledge return to open session

Board President statement of executive session minute.

Discussion and
vote whether or not Betty Smallwood should be notified in writing of her
possible nonreemployment, the reasons that may exist for her possible
nonreemployment and her right to a hearing prior to any nonreemployment action
and, further, directing that such notice be sent to Betty Smallwood by the
attorney for the School District.
7.
Discussion and
vote to accept any resignations tendered since the posting of the agenda.
8.
Discussion and
vote to change or not change the regular board meeting scheduled on March 14,
2005 to another date.
9.
Vote to adjourn.
