Proposed executive session for the purpose of discussing the employment of a Superintendent of Schools for 2008-2009 so that the board can return to open session and vote to appoint and make an offer of employment to an applicant as Superintendent of Schools pursuant to OKLA. STAT., Title 25, Section 307 (B) (1).

4. Vote to convene in Executive Session.

5. Vote to acknowledge return to Open Session.

7. Consideration and vote to appoint and to offer employment to an applicant as Superintendent of Schools for 2008-2009, subject to execution of a written contract approved by the board of Education.

8. Discussion and vote to accept, or not accept, any resignation(s) submitted since the posting of this Agenda.

9. Board action to approve or reject a modification of bid item #3 (Music area) of the original bid on the Gym/Auditorium Re-roof project.
