Bulldog Summer Program

 

 

·                  Workouts start on June 15th, end on August 7th

·                  There will be no workouts during the last full week of July 27th – 31st

·                  Workout days are on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

·                  Workout times are at 6:30 am or 6:30 pm

·                  Player can choose either the morning session or evening session to attend.

·                  Workouts consist of weight training and running. It will last about 1 ½ hours.

·                  There are 21 days during the summer that are available to attend, 18 must be attended in order to be exempt from make-up running.

·                  You can double up (come both morning and evening) to make up for days missed, not to make up for days that you will miss in the coming weeks.
