Preseason Band Camp starts Monday, July 28th, at 8 am. Lunches will be provided for all of camp. Students need to wear light clothes, sunscreen, and TENNIS SHOES. Please do not wear boots, crocs, or sandals as we will be outside for a long time.
Each student also needs to bring a case of water.
Parents/Guardians of middle school students, student schedules will be available for pickup on Monday and Tuesday, August 4-5, from 9am – 3pm each day in the middle school office. Also, just a reminder, the first day of school will be Wednesday, August 13. We look forward to seeing you then.
Updated Cross Country Schedule 2025-2026
JOM School Supplies will be available for pick up on Wednesdays 7/23/2025 & 7/30/2025 at the Media Center from 7:00 am - 5:30 pm . Students must be on the Valliant JOM list or have a current CDIB card to pick up supplies. Parents/Guardians, to ensure all students are successfully enrolled for the upcoming school year, Valliant Public Schools will be providing in-person assistance for online enrollment July 28-31 from 9am - 1pm in each school building. This support is for families who have not yet completed the enrollment process for their students. Enrollment is required for every student attending Valliant Public Schools and can be completed via the Teacherease app. We encourage all families who need assistance with online enrollment to take advantage of these dedicated support days. Items needed for enrollment are as follows: birth certificate, proof of residency, vaccination records, CDIB card (if applicable), and any custody/court documents. Also, please remember that the person enrolling students must be the legal guardian.
Band reminders!
Every band student grades 8-12 must have an athletics physical turned in with Mr. McCleskey.
Check-in for HS band will next Monday from 5-7 pm in the band room. Be prepared with physicals ready to go!

Football Parents of Bulldogs going into 6th Grade! 6th Graders will not be participating in school football this season. 6th Graders do have the opportunity to participate through the Valliant Youth Association. They can contact Natasha McKinney to sign up or for more information!
JH softball (7th and 8th graders) will start practicing July 15th at 8 a.m. at the high school softball field.
