Congratulations to the Valliant High School Students of the Month and Attendance Winner!!

This is what was served at Valliant schools today. We are very grateful for grants provided through USDA to be able to serve sliced brisket and other nutritional meals with minimally processed foods. We are extremely grateful for our cafeteria ladies who work tirelessly to prepare these meals for our students. Thank you ladies for doing your part in helping to create a healthy learning environment. It takes a village!
