Valliant FFA Students compete in the annual Haworth Leadership Development Event. FFA Members Emma Thompson, Addy Frazier and Raylynn Parsons competed Thursday September 12 at Haworth School. Addy Frazier finished 4th in the contest and Raylynn Parsons finished 2nd.

Gracey Brashears works part time at First State Bank as a teller. She pans to continue working at the bank after graduations.
Jaxon Jones is the 18 year old son of Joe and Jenny Jones. He is involved in Football and Powerlifting. After High School he plans to play college football and pursue a degree.

Kick Off - 7:30 pm
Spectators are encouraged to purchase advanced tickets online at https://valliantpublics.simpletix.com/
There will be a "Fast Lane" for online tickets and OSSAA / Bulldog Pass holders
Bulldog fans and guest,
We need your help in making sure all Valliant Public School athletic events are safe and secure. With that goal in mind, we will be adding additional safety protocols effective immediately.
All spectators must use the front main entrance.
Entrance procedures will include the use of walkthrough / handheld metal detectors. (allow ample time for security checks)
No elementary or middle school student(s) should be dropped off and left unattended.
All spectators are expected to be in their seats during the athletic event with the exception of trips to concessions or restrooms.
Law enforcement and VPS staff will be on site to address any potential disruptions that occur.
There will be no re-entry to the game after exiting the stadium / school building.
No outside food or drinks allowed.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to
Weapons (including pocket knives), vapes, tobacco products, lighters, etc.
The Valliant Public School District reserves the right to deny entry to any athletic event for any person who fails to comply with these procedures.
Fans are encouraged not to bring any type of bags inside the stadium and gymnasiums for athletic events. Bags and purses are subject to being searched.

Week 2: 8/31/25 - 9/6/25
The next two weeks will be very exciting as both the High School and Junior High football teams begin playing games. These two weeks will also bring on some unique challenges due to us being out of school 3 days of Week 2. Also, the Junior High will begin having after school practices and will be expected to practice on days they are out of school. We will also have a JV game on Sept. 2 following the Junior High game. The JH and JV players will be fed on game days. The below information is to help provide clarity as we progress through the next two weeks.
Please review the attached document at the link below, it list all the dates and times of upcoming football activities. The coaching staff appreciates your understanding, efforts, and flexibility.

Valliant FCCLA will be having our first meeting on Thursday, August 28 at 4:00pm in the FCS Classroom.
FCCLA is open to all students 8th-12th grade who are either currently enrolled in a FCS Class or have had a FCS class previously (all 8th graders must currently be enrolled in FCS)
If you are unable to make this meeting, please get with Mrs O'Dell BEFORE Thursday.
