Dear Parents/Guardians of Valliant School District,
I hope this letter finds you well. As we gear up for the upcoming academic year, we are pleased to introduce an improved and convenient method for student registration: online registration.
In our efforts to streamline the process and ensure accuracy, this year's registration will be conducted entirely online. This means you will have the flexibility to complete all necessary forms and submit required documentation from the comfort of your home!
Here are a few key details about our online registration system:
Accessibility: You can access the online registration portal on the teacherease app or at the teacherease website from most internet-enabled devices, such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
User-Friendly Interface: The teacherease app, which is used for registration, is designed to be intuitive and easy to navigate, guiding you through each step of the registration process. Our team has created customized guides to walk you through each step.
Secure and Confidential: Your privacy is important to us. The online platform utilizes encryption and secure servers to safeguard your personal information.
Required Documentation: To complete the registration process, you will need to upload the following documents (these documents will only have to be uploaded this year): You can use your phone to take pictures of the documents.
Birth certificate
Proof of residency (rental agreement, mortgage statement, utility bill, or property tax statement)
Immunization records
Custody documentation (if applicable)
If you are new to the Valliant district, please click on the link below to begin the online registration process. https://www.teacherease.com/NewFamilyRegistration.aspx?refid=b25fbfe7-9469-4322-a99a-a3cc3a10a922.
If you are returning to the Valliant district, please access registration by logging into your TeacherEase account on your computer or mobile device. Please visit the following link for detailed instructions on how to access registration through teacherease. https://www.vpsd.org/o/district/page/enrollment
We appreciate your support as we implement this new initiative to enhance efficiency and better serve our students and families. If you prefer we can guide you through completing registration on your device in person, please watch our website as we will post dates at a later time. Students will not receive schedules or teacher assignments until registration is complete with all required documents uploaded.
The deadline for student registration is July 23,2024.
Thank you for your attention to this important matter. We look forward to another successful academic year with your child(ren) at Valliant School District.
